A new human clinical study published in Lipids in Health and Disease has shown that the Core formula in Soy Labs' (Fairfield, CA) CardioTrim line of nutritional supplements is effective in the fight against metabolic syndrome and obesity. The Core formula contains the proprietary ingredient AlbumaSoy (a patent-pending soy albumin extract), as well as a standardized, patented extract of Cissus quad-rangularis, vitamins B6 and B12, chromium polynicotinate, folic acid, selenium and green tea extract.
