Q I love to serve parties family-style. Is there an easy dessert that I can make on a big platter in the middle of the table and everyone can help themselves?
A One of my favorite desserts is chocolate orange fondue. It's so easy to make, and it's really fun to eat. I melt good Belgian chocolate with Grand Marnier liqueur and I serve it with long-stemmed strawberries and French madeleines for dipping. The secret in the recipe is the vanilla and coffee which give the chocolate even more depth of flavor. You don't know its there, but you know the chocolate tastes amazing.
