Mar. 30--U.S. Rep. Chaka Fattah still won't release his income tax returns in the mayoral campaign even though his wife yesterday was freed from a confidentiality agreement that had restrained him from disclosing her pay.
Renee Chenault-Fattah, an NBC10 anchorwoman, said yesterday that the television station had waived the contract restrictions that barred her from disclosing her salary. But she still wants to keep her salary private.
