WHAT: The Fresno City College Fire Academy will host a free drop off
site for electronic waste on Friday, March 30th from 9:00 a.m. - 3:00
p.m. in the Lowe's parking lot on Blackstone Avenue in Fresno. Teaming
with Fresno-based Electronic Recyclers, the academy will provide
residents an opportunity to safely unload their old computers,
monitors, television sets and other out-dated, unusable or unwanted
electronic items for proper recycling.
The free event is designed to provide residents with the opportunity
to finally get rid of those old unwanted items gathering dust in
