SEOUL, South Korea -- Gravity Co., Ltd. (NASDAQ:GRVY), announced that it has appointed Jonathan J. Lee as its new Chief Financial Officer. He replaces Tae Sung Hwang, who resigned from his post as CFO. Mr. Lee will also continue as the company's Investor Relations Officer. In addition, the company announced that its shareholders had approved the appointments of Mr. William Woojae Hahn and Mr. Kwangsuk Lee as new independent members of the Board of Directors. Mr. Hahn is now the Chair of the company's Audit Committee, and Mr. Lee is now the Chair of the company's Compensation Committee.
