HOUSTON -- Azura Energy Systems, Inc. ("Azura") announced today that it has appointed Ruben Saier as the Company's Chief Executive Officer. Saier will be responsible for overseeing Azura's future growth, operations and strategy, including the growth and direction of the Company's land and subsea product and service lines.
