Opens Fifth Seattle-area Cafe at Swedish Medical Center
SEATTLE SEATTLE -- Organic To Go (OTCBB: SPHG), the nation's first fast casual cafe chain to be certified as an organic retailer, has acquired Jackrabbit, a Seattle-based catering company. Terms of the purchase, which closed March 9, were not disclosed.
Jackrabbit has been serving downtown Seattle businesses since 1996 with premium box lunches and casual catering. It generated approximately $2 million in revenue in 2006, and delivers food in King and Pierce counties.
