NEW YORK -- American Express and Citibank, a member of Citi, today announced an agreement under which Citibank is selling the American Express[R] Gift Card in more than 980 Citibank retail Financial Centers nationwide. The agreement with Citibank is American Express' first with a national bank.
First introduced in 2002, the American Express Gift Card is available online at http://www.americanexpress.com/gift, and nationwide at tens of thousand of locations, including supermarkets, drug stores, shopping centers, American Express Travel Service offices, and banks.
