NORFOLK - Strong ticket sales are bringing cruise line Royal Caribbean International back for a second season before its first has even begun.
The Miami-based line said it will announce details of its 2008 Norfolk service on Friday. L ocal travel agents say the ship will be the 1,950-passenger Grandeur of the Seas, travel ing to Bermuda, New England and Canada, and possibly the Caribbean.
Royal Caribbean's first sailing from Norfolk will be on the smaller, 1,602-passenger Empress of the Seas on April 28. It will be the first ship to depart from the ...
