IRVING, Texas -- NEC Corporation of America, an industry leader in network, IT and identity management solutions, today announced the appointment of Makoto Imai, to the position of president and CEO, effective April 1. He will succeed Tadao Kondo, who is returning to Japan to take up new executive responsibilities at NEC Corporation.
