BEIJING - Electrical appliance retailer GOME is planning to introduce overseas strategic investors through equity transfer and the negotiation is underway, market rumors say.
But GOME spokesman He Yangqing said that GOME has not make any concrete plan so far on transferring equities to overseas investors, Shanghai Securities News disclosed.
