FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. _ Morgan Pressel did not have much time to savor her historic feat of becoming the youngest woman to win a major tournament on the LPGA Tour after claiming the Kraft Nabisco Championship on Sunday.
When Pressel flew into Fort Lauderdale on Monday evening, she found her luggage, but not her golf clubs. Pressel believes that the clubs were stolen.
"Obviously I'm very upset _ those clubs are my life," Pressel said. "Those clubs are custom fit to me."
Pressel is sponsored by Calloway and she said the company will send her new clubs soon, "but it's not going to be the same."
