Cambridge Information Group (CIG) announced that the transaction to acquire ProQuest Information and Learning has been closed. CIG will combine its CSA subsidiary in Bethesda, Md., with the ProQuest facilities in Ann Arbor, Mich. The new privately held independent company called ProQuest CSA will be created.
