Apr. 4--An Altamonte Springs jeweler with a growing list of complaints against him was arrested for the third time in a little more than a month.
James Blanck, 49, surrendered Tuesday morning to face one charge of grand theft over $20,000 and one charge of grand theft under $20,000. He posted $3,000 bail for his release from the Seminole County Jail, officials there said.
The more serious of the charges involves four pieces of jewelry in a transaction with Alan and Sharon Williams of Orlando, according to arrest records. The couple agreed in December to pay $31,000 for two diamonds -- one 1.77 carats and the other 1.86 ...
