China to lower on-grid tariff of small thermal power units
Shanghai. April 5. INTERFAX-CHINA ?On-grid power prices of small thermal power generation units will gradually be lowered across the country, so as to accelerate the process of closing small thermal power units, the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) announced yesterday on its Web site.
Small thermal power generation units whose on-grid power price is higher than the local benchmark will be required to reduce those prices.
