Article: S. Korea-France agreement on social security to become effective in June.

PARIS, April 4 (Yonhap) -- An agreement between South Korea and France to avoid double payment of social security fees will go into effect at the beginning of June as the French parliament recently endorsed the pact signed in 2004, the South Korean embassy here said Wednesday.

"The French side notified us on March 30 that it has completed its process" to effectuate the agreement, an embassy official told reporters.
