CORRECTION (ran April 5, 2007): Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County paid $5,691 to private investigator Tom Brett to investigate agency concerns about employee Rachel Parra. The agency paid an additional $13,620 to a personnel consultant to investigate claims made by Parra against the agency. A Wednesday article on Page F1 listed an incorrect amount paid to Brett.

CORRECTION (ran April 6, 2007): Rachel Parra is an office assistant at the Housing and Community Services Agency of Lane County. An incorrect job title was given in a story and photo caption that appeared on Page F1 of Wednesday's paper.
