Jones Lang LaSalle has been selected by the Prospect Park Alliance as project manager overseeing the construction of the new Lakeside Center recreation facility at Prospect Park in Brooklyn.
The work will include a new 38,000 s/f building and two new ice-skating rinks.
Upon completion of the new building, the existing Wollman Rink will be demolished and the area restored to reflect the original landscape designs for Prospect Park, which was created by Frederick Law Olmsted and Calvert Vaux in the 1860s.
