CHICAGO -- Restaurant operators that focus on infusing their appetizer menus with "craveable" items can expect to gain additional consumer traffic, according to new research recently released in Technomic's Appetizer Category Report. The report indicates that appetizers that satisfy a craving are particularly important (especially to women) in differentiating, and selecting, one restaurant over another.
