SIOUX FALLS, S.D., APRIL 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- LodgeNet Entertainment Corporation (the "Company") announced today the consideration to be paid in the tender offer and consent solicitation and that it has received the requisite tenders and consents from holders of its 9-1/2 Senior Subordinated Notes due 2013 (the "Notes") to amend the Indenture governing such Notes. On March 26, 2007, the Company commenced a cash tender offer and consent solicitation relating to all of the $200,000,000 outstanding principal amount of the Notes.
