The way food is made could be altered in a bid to cut the levels of saturated fats in our diets. Some food manufacturers and retailers have already started to cut the amount of saturated fat in some of the most common foods. But they could be asked to go further as the Food Standards Agency launches a consultation on the best ways to lower the amount of saturated fats we all eat.
