Apr. 11--STOCKTON -- The main building on a campus that San Joaquin County officials hope eventually will house local, state and federal farm agencies will cost about $2million less than expected, according to contracts awarded Tuesday. The Agricultural Center at Stockton Metropolitan Airport, estimated earlier this year to cost $31million, will run closer to $29million after the county received lower-than-expected bids last month.
