Apr. 12--Some restaurants are having a cow with their menus -- in a good way, of course. A handful of local eateries feature cheese plates that people are ordering as appetizers, desserts and even main courses. And why not? Cheese is healthy, tasty and goes great with wine. It's even on some diet plans. (Atkins, anyone?) "Cheese is fun because it's everything from people wanting to eat healthy to pure decadence," says Jeff Fuld, owner and chef of Elle -- A Wine Country Restaurant, 3048 E. Broadway.
