Apr. 12--Music lovers may find themselves torn this weekend as competing jazz festivals take place on the eastern and western edges of Palm Beach County. On Singer Island, the Riviera Beach Jazz Festival begins Friday and features three days of jazz, R&B and gospel performances by Michael McDonald, Ruben Studdard, Yolanda Adams and others. The city expects 21,000 people during the three days. In Wellington, the inaugural Palm Beach Jazz Festival takes place Saturday and Sunday with Chick Corea, Chris Botti, David Benoit and more. Organizers said they've pre-sold 2,000 tickets each day and expect about 10,000 people to attend. But ...
