Apr. 12--The name will change, but officials insist much will be the same when West Palm Beach's Fidelity Federal Bank & Trust becomes part of Cleveland's National City bank on Saturday. Fidelity Federal was a fixture in South Florida for more than 50 years before it was sold last July in a cash-and-stock deal worth almost $1 billion.
Customers still will see many of the same faces at the bank, with many of Fidelity Federal's senior management and staff staying with National City.
