Apr. 12--Michael Nifong's public scolding as a "rogue prosecutor" yesterday at the hands of the North Carolina attorney general may be the least of the repercussions lying ahead for the embattled Durham County district attorney. Nifong, who is only four months into a four-year term, still faces charges of ethics violations brought by the North Carolina Bar Association. A hearing to examine the bar's findings is scheduled for June. Nifong was out of town yesterday and couldn't be reached.
