Apr. 12--BATH TOWNSHIP -- The Bath Township Fire Department has a new ladder truck. The truck is a 75-foot pumper/ladder combination vehicle, also known as a quint, and will be replacing two 30-year-old pieces of equipment. Firefighters will now have the capability to respond with an aerial device into residential areas, which they had previously been unable to do because of size restrictions.
