Apr. 12--The 16th annual Big Muddy Folk Festival will take place this weekend in Boonville. The concert event will celebrate folk music's heritage with workshop sessions on everything from how to play the rubber chicken to women and folk music, and a presentation by the Missouri Folk Arts program.
