Apr. 12--An Ohio payroll and human-resources company and its owner have filed a lawsuit accusing Orlando-based Mirabilis Ventures Inc. and its founder, Frank L. Amodeo, of defrauding them when Mirabilis bought the out-of-state business for $22 million in December. PaySource Inc. of Dayton, Ohio, and its owner, Robert Sacco, filed suit in U.S. District Court there on April 4, alleging breach of contract, fraud, civil conspiracy and negligent misrepresentation.
