Apr. 13--For 45-year-old Valerie Bates, riding her motorcycle reminds her of the many teenage adventures she had cruising around on her old dirt bike. "The memory of riding 30 years ago never went away," Bates said. "I rode everywhere my bike could fit -- on road, off road, just all along the banks of the Rio Grande."
