Article: SYSTEMATICS TO CHANGE NAME TO ALLTEL INFORMATION SERVICES

LITTLE ROCK, Ark., Jan. 19 /PRNewswire/ -- Systematics Information Services, Inc., announced today that the company's name will change to ALLTEL Information Services, Inc., effective Feb. 15, 1995. The announcement was made by John E. Steuri, Systematics' chairman and chief executive officer.

By making the change, the information services company assumes a closer identity with its parent company, ALLTEL Corporation (NYSE: AT), which acquired ownership of Systematics in 1990, C-TEC's Virtuoso(R) software in 1990, Computer Power in 1992, TDS Healthcare Systems in 1993 and Medical Data Technology in 1994.
