DUP MP Jeffrey Donaldson is to raise concerns in the House of Commons that members of Nuala O'Loan's staff are dealing with classified security documents without having signed the Official Secrets Act.
It is understood that hundreds of classified intelligence documents dealing with the roles of top informers inside terrorist groups have been seen by Police Ombudsman investigators who haven't signed the Official Secrets Act.
Sources claim the development has had alarm bells ringing in the highest echelons of MI5, which, it is claimed, is already concerned that sensitive agent handling techniques and methodology have already been revealed in the ...
