Fox Filmed Entertainment vice chair Robert Harper is ankling to become chair-CEO of Regency Filmed Entertainment, running the prolific production unit and working closely with Regency founder Arnon Milchan.
Appointment comes less than one month after David Matalon stepped down as CEO of the Fox-based Regency.
Harper will transition from his current post over the next couple of months.
Harper, who for years ran Fox's marketing department, is taking on an expanded role and title at Regency. At the same time, Milchan is expected to play a bigger role creatively.
