ST. LOUIS, April 16 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Diane M. Sullivan, President and Chief Operating Officer of Brown Shoe Company, Inc. was recently nominated to the footwear company's Board of Directors. Ms. Sullivan's nomination will be put to a vote by Brown Shoe shareholders at the upcoming Annual Meeting of Shareholders on May 24, 2007.
