Apr. 16--Optibase Ltd. (Nasdaq: OBAS) will launch new Internet Protocol television (IPTV) products at the NAB 2007 exhibition in Las Vegas this week. One product is the MGW HD, an H.264 high definition encoding and streaming platform for real-time broadcasts. The platform enables telecommunications companies to add new HD channels to their existing or new networks. The platform is intended to make it easier for IP services providers to offer customers IPTV.
