Apr. 17--Organizations don't often celebrate their accomplishments, but they should. That was the sentiment shared last week by La Crosse Fire Chief Gregg Cleveland, as he gave badges to the city's four newest firefighters. Having successfully completed the fire department's one-year probationary period, David Duchrow, Jonathan Fisher, Nathan Janney and Joseph Kotlowski were sworn in as firefighters during last Thursday's La Crosse Common Council meeting.
