Apr. 17--While one Upper Bucks ambulance company is trying to overcome a long history of financial and management woes to reopen, two neighboring squads have been dealing with problems of their own in trying to stay in business. In Perkasie, efforts are under way to resurrect a Perkasie Community Ambulance service that was abruptly shut down in mid-March. Leaders of the nonprofit who had hoped to reopen Monday aren't sure when they'll return an ambulance to the road.
