JET Magazine has learned from a study of numerous photographs of convicted serial killer Jeffrey Dahmer's trial that he was not in handcuffs while in court, unlike the Black man--Christopher Scarver--who is accused of killing him.
Dahmer, who lured 17 victims--many of them Black men--to his home, drugged them and murdered them, and began saving his victims' body parts to "eat later."
Close examination of dozens of photos taken of Dahmer while on trial for the heinous crimes shows that the killer did not appear in court with handcuffs.
