A MOTHER walked out of a murder trial today unable to listen to the details of the horrific injuries which her son inflicted on her daughter.
The accused, Patrick O'Dwyer, sat with his head buried in his hands throughout the evidence of the state pathologist.
Prof Marie Cassidy told the Central Criminal Court that his 17-year-old sister, Marguerite, had suffered at least 90 stab wounds to her body after being battered with a hammer.
