Apr. 18--Truth be told, the establishments that line Freeport's Nautical Mile are not necessarily Long Island's finest seafood restaurants. Near-dead winters, teeming summers and droves of thirsty young people looking for a good time don't usually add up to fine dining. Yet, there are few places on the Island more congenial to enjoying a bowl of steamers, a plate of local oysters on the half shell and a cold beer. Nautilus Cafe, 46 Woodcleft Ave., 516-379-2566.
