NATICK, Mass. -- Cognex Corporation (NASDAQ: CGNX) announced today that the company's Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.085 per share. This dividend is payable on May 25, 2007, to all shareholders of record at the close of business on May 11, 2007. This is Cognex's sixteenth consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
