NEW YORK -- Fitch Ratings has assigned an 'A-' rating to the approximately $12.6 million City of Farmington, New Mexico, hospital revenue bonds (San Juan Regional Medical Center, Inc. Project), series 2007A, and the approximately $12.7 million San Juan Regional Medical Center, Inc. (taxable) hospital revenue bonds, series 2007B. San Juan Regional Medical Center's (San Juan) outstanding series 1997 and 2004 bonds are affirmed at 'A'.
For certain series, the 'A-' rating represents an underlying rating. The Rating Outlook is revised to Stable from Positive.
