According to Oman News: Representing Sultan Qaboos bin Said, Abdul-Aziz bin Mohammed al-Rowas, H.M. the Sultan's Advisor for Cultural Affairs, has received the Sultan's Card for Donor's Association membership of Cambridge University; which was presented to him by Prince Philip, the Duke of Edinburgh, and Cambridge's Vice Chancellor in appreciation and gratitude of the Sultan's support to Cambridge University and Pembroke College.
