AT ANY HEALTH CARE FACILITY, ONE OF THE GOALS OF administration and the occupational health nurse is the prevention of and response to back injuries. While preventing a back injury is the primary goal, getting an employee back to work as soon as possible after a back injury should also be a very high priority.
