ANN ARBOR, Mich., April 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Borders, Inc. will open a new 22,000-square-foot Borders store in Papillion, Neb. at the end of May. The store will be in the Shadow Lakes Towne Center-a new 875,000-square-foot open- air hybrid shopping center-located at the intersection of 72nd Street and Nebraska Highway 370.

The new site was selected based on a variety of factors, including accessibility, consumer demographics, the strength of the co-tenants, traffic patterns, the availability of parking, visibility and the overall attractiveness of the new site.
