A Kane County coroner's inquest of a man who died when a sport utility vehicle crashed into a West Dundee Subway came back inconclusive Wednesday.
After deliberating briefly, the inquest jury said the manner of 56-year-old John Venezia's death was "undetermined."
The jury did not have enough information to determine if anyone was to blame for Venezia's death or if it was purely accidental, officials said.
No charges have been filed in connection with the crash.
