Apr. 22--Philadelphia Eagles general manager Tom Heckert will have his say -- or at least say what he's willing to -- about the Birds' needs Monday in his annual pre-NFL draft press briefing. With the 26th pick of the first round, and with 21 of 22 starters from 2006 due to return and the one vacancy potentially already addressed by signing Kevin Curtis, the Eagles can approach this draft with a more open-minded approach than teams with multiple vacancies.
