Without quoting Rodney Dangerfield, recognition for enduro co-drivers often pales in comparison to the amount of time, training and effort they pour into the team-dependent sport.
Being a co-driver is definitely a steppingstone to become a lead driver. Becoming a better rider and getting noticed may take a while, but it's the choice for most drivers who need to prove themselves.
