Apr. 24--Ready to burst outside and frolic in the sun-warmed air? Then, be prepared to dance with millions of microscopic airborne irritants. Springtime is allergy time. "Spring has been wound up, waiting to go, and it's going to let loose," said Dr. David Shulan, an allergist with Certified Allergy and Asthma Consultants in Albany. "You are going to see a sudden burst of pollen." Shulan, who operates the only pollen counting station in the region, posts the counts daily on his Web site.
