Not all exercise involves sweat. You can tone muscles, increase lung capacity and even raise your heart rate without shedding so much as a single drop of perspiration.
That's one of the messages that organizers hope visitors take home from World Tai Chi and Qigong Day, a combination celebration, demonstration and open house involving the two Eastern exercise forms. The event, which is free, will be held Saturday at Normandale Community College and will include everything from lectures to opportunities to try it for yourself.
